Q1. How can I contact you about my order? To get in touch with us about any questions or concerns you may have about your order, use the contact form on our website. We try to respond within 2 business days, but please check our FAQs first to see if your question has already been answered. When you reach out to us, please include your name, address, and order number.
Q2. How long will delivery take? Delivery times vary depending on your location, but it typically takes 1 week. We cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date. If you have not received your order after 15 days from the dispatch date, please contact us. Please note that we do not offer next-day delivery. Expedited delivery options refer to the service used after your order has been processed, produced, and packed.
Q3. How can I track my order? Once your order has been shipped (usually within a few days), we will send you a shipping confirmation email with your courier and tracking information. If you do not receive this email after 7 business days, please contact us.
Q4. Can I return or exchange an item? We do not offer exchanges on orders, but we are accepting returns. You can return your order within 30 days of receiving it. Returns will not be accepted after this time frame. Unfortunately, sizing-related returns will not be accepted. We only accept returns for items that are damaged or if the print is unsatisfactory. If you wish to return your order, please use our contact form for instructions. Refunds may take up to 14 days to appear in your bank account. We are unable to assist with any product quality issues after one month from the date of receipt.
Q6. Can I cancel or amend my order? We try to accommodate order changes or cancellations made within 12 hours of placing the order, but we cannot guarantee it. If we are able to make the requested changes or cancel the order, you should receive a full refund within 10 business days.
Q7. Why was my order refunded? On rare occasions, your order may be cancelled and automatically refunded without your request. This may happen if the shopping platform we use runs automated audits to check for fraudulent activity and flags certain data (such as billing and shipping details or attempted payments) as high risk due to discrepancies. If this occurs, the order will be cancelled and the payment will be refunded to the original payment method. Refunds may take up to 14 days to be credited back to the payment account."
